How I can help
Counselling tailored to you
Whether you're navigating grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a warm, confidential space to explore what's going on and find your way forward.
What to expect
Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works best for you. We'll begin with a free 20-minute introductory call to talk through what you're looking for and whether we feel like a good fit.
There's no fixed agenda and no pressure to talk about anything before you're ready. My role is to listen carefully, reflect honestly, and support you at your own pace.
